We are Capable of Fusing a Variety of Different Types and Sizes of Pipe

Ironman Directional Drilling uses Canadian-made Poly-Fusion high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and Fusible C900 pipe for projects because of its lightweight, flexible and fusible qualities, as well as longer pull-length -- meaning that material costs are lower than ever. We employ the Strongbridge Tega electrofusion welding machine and Genesis F3™ Electrofusion Processor to completely fuse pipes and fittings for underground pipe work.

Some of the items we commonly fuse include:

Ironman Directional Drilling has a large inventory of fusion equipment and certified welders on staff.

Benefits of Fused Pipes
Fused pipes are monolithic, ensuring they do not allow infiltration or exfiltration when they are being installed below the water table. This also means they are quicker to install. During an earthquake or flood, these attributes will also prevent leakage on muddy or unstable land. Additionally, the areas where fusion has occurred retain all the strength properties of the pipe itself. PVC and HDPE pipes can be used in a number of systems, such as sanitary, drinking water and storm water systems, mining residue lines, as well as water intake lines.

Highly Trained Workers

Our workers are highly trained and have plenty of field experience, assuring long-lasting results on your project. We even make sure our fittings can withstand as much or more tensile stress than the actual pipe can, preventing rupture at the joints.
